Will GDPR Affect My Small Business?

There is a general sense of panic and impending doom for small business owners as the May 25th deadline draws closer for the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)!

It's not a topic that I would generally get excited about BUT this time we don't have a choice, it pretty much impacts everyone who has a business, whether you are a sole trader, solopreneur, small business, online business or home business, you need to be prepared!

Knowing the answers to basic questions like these is important if not critical.

- What is it?

- Does it affect me and my business?

- What if I run a very small business?

- Can I ignore it?

- What do I need to do to be compliant?

The new regulations cover the whole of Europe and will be current even after Brexit and with a deadline of May 25th 2018 you need to act now.

There is an official website for GDPR which you can access by clicking here.

Most businesses in the UK will also need to register with the Information Commissioner’s Office which you can access by clicking here. There are similar official bodies across all European countries.

Even if your business is based outside of Europe, if it has customers inside of Europe you’ll need to ensure that you handle any information as per GDPR.

I want to give you access to a training where two of the UK's leading GDPR experts who work directly with some of the largest organisations in the UK and with the regulatory bodies themselves break down into simple terms the new GDPR regulations.

The training is a must see before the new legislation comes in on the 25th May!

It sets out in simple terms if you need to be covered for your business and the steps your must take to avoid incurring a large fine.

WHY will is this so important for your business? ... because knowing how to be GDPR ready is not optional, this is a legal requirement.

In the training, questions in plain and simple English allow you to get a grasp on what it’s all about, exactly what we need to do to be ready!

This is going to be extra special so please catch the GDPR training now!

You'll also have the option of getting pre prepared documents that can you get you GDPR ready by May 25th if you act now.
